Ontario Garage Expansion

HHCI served as the Prime Contractor to renovate and expand the Ontario Service Center Garage located at Ontario, CA. The project encompassed partial demolition of existing Service Garage, a building addition, interior building alterations, and minor site work.

Key Work Features

Construct new steel frame building addition of three service bays, offices, restrooms, shower and locker rooms, hazmat room with containment, tire room, and machine room
Installation of an overhead, 10-ton capacity single-girder bridge crane, with two 5-ton hoists
Installation of new steel pan stairs to mezzanine
Installation of exterior metal deck siding (box-rib) and composite metal siding (Alucobond)
Installation of fire sprinklers throughout the existing and new garage facilities
Renovation of existing break room, office and parts rooms
Addition of roof top HVAC, equipment screening, wall louvers and a new exit door to existing service bays
Conduit for I.T. and security devices and temporary relocation of existing I.T. equipment
Replacement of sliding driveway gate; security and I.T. wiring and equipment.

Results

HHCI successfully conducted work in a mission critical facility that was fully occupied and operational during the entire construction project.
