Monochem System 200 is a high performance, liquid applied, elastomeric polyurethane system that displays ultimate waterproofing properties. The system consists of a two-part epoxy primer, a one component aromatic urethane membrane, and a two-component fast cure polyurea topcoat with silica sand incorporated for non-skid performance.
