Riverside, CA – April 15, 2014 – Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) earned an exceptional performance rating from Southern California Edison (SCE) on their maintenance and repair projects, and the firm’s focus on environmental, health, and safety areas. HHCI received exceptional ratings in OSHA and local regulatory compliance and safety reporting processes.
