Hal Hays Construction, Inc. Awarded $4.4M Design Build Armory at Camp Pendleton
Riverside, CA – December 20, 2013 – Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest awarded Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) a Design Build Armory project at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The $4.4M project will include demolition; site preparation; paving; masonry; site improvements; electrical and mechanical utilities; seismic features; and Anti-Terrorism Force Protection and LEED sustainability requirements. Additional work includes POV parking and Snap-In Training Pit.
The Armory will serve the Marine Aircraft Group (MAG-39) at Camp Pendleton, the United States Marine Corps’ key West Coast base.
