HHCI Receives Letter of Recommendation from the Ontario Police Department!
Hal Hays Construction, Inc., (HHCI) receives letter of recommendation from the Ontario Police Department for outstanding performance on the Police Headquarters Renovation project in Ontario, CA, completed in December 2017.
The $2.4M project for the renovation of the Police Department Headquarters, comprised of approximately 11,000 SF of tenant improvements, including renovations to the Dispatch Center, Watch Commander’s Office, Briefing Room, Storage Rooms, and private offices. The overall building is a 2-story, 160,000 SF facility. The work performed consisted of tenant improvements and the infrastructure for an extensive owner-provided Audio-Visual system, 24-hour HVAC system in equipment room, and decorative ceiling systems with specialty lighting. The Police Headquarters facility was fully occupied and operational during the entire construction project, requiring complex coordination and sequencing of construction tasks to mitigate any construction impacts to operations.
“Working with HHCI was a pleasure. The entire staff of HHCI was a textbook example of what a professional construction company should be” Christine Booker, Management Analyst, Ontario Police Department.
Hal Hays Construction, Inc. successfully completed this project ahead of schedule without any safety mishaps. We are honored by our team’s performance and this endorsement from the Ontario Police Department.
