Customer Service Center Modernization & Addition
HHCI served as the Prime Contractor to upgrade and provide modernizations to the Customer Service Center facility in Ontario, CA. The project encompassed: construction of tenant improvements to the Administration Building, new building addition for restrooms, and ADA site work improvements. The project was completed in three concurrent and distinct phases, including: A) Administration Building, B) Exterior restrooms, and C) Site ADA. In order to minimize disturbance to existing operations, Phase A, Administration Building, was performed in four phases, with each phase completing prior to the next phase commencing.
