  • Major requirements included: Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Injury and Illness Prevention Plan, Waste Management Plan, LEED Submittal, Welding Quality Control Plan, and Shoring Plan.
  • Extensive coordination among City of El Centro and CalTrans
  • Sustainability: Limited site disturbance, erosion control, energy-efficient equipment
  • HHCI established a schedule of activities in cooperation with the Engineer, Caltrans and City staff to mitigate construction impacts.
