Replace Distribution Systems, Phase I & II

HHCI served as prime contractor to replace an old water distribution system with new HDPE water distribution systems (pipeline from 6” up to 20” in diameter) for the Army Corps of Engineers at Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA.

HHCI conducted preconstruction services including field investigations and potholing to verify location, depth, and number of existing utility pipes and buried communication lines
HHCI worked with the Base’s Environmental team to map boundaries of the Vernal Pool Fairy Shrimp endangered species to mitigate any encroachment during construction
